FAQ

Frequently Asked

Are your products hormone free?
Our chickens are raised without any routine antibiotics or added hormones. They are also raised on a non gmo, hormone free feed from Farmer Eddie.
Why is hormone free better?
In addition to being healthier, hormone free meat is generally tastier than its hormone laden counterpart. That’s because animals stuck in crowded feedlots and inundated with hormones and grains don’t develop the same kind of lean, tasty muscles that grass fed, free range animals do.
Are your products organic?
Our chickens are raised using standards similar to that of organic chickens, but we are still in the process of being certified, thus we cannot promote our products as organic.
